Vinyl is our most economical banner material. It is printed with UV inks on a super smooth 15oz vinyl with a built-in light block. UV ink is very durable without lamination.
Premium Latex is printed on a state of the art HP R2000 so you’ll get the best inkjet quality available on the market. The heads are 720 dpi native resolution so even 9pt copy reproduces with great readability. It prints 6 colors (C M Y K LC LM) with 3 gray levels and will reproduce smooth variations in light tone areas. Flesh tones and foods are when you will really see the difference. The Premium Latex stock is a 7mil polyester film, almost impossible to tear and sports a near matte finish so images look great without glare.
Fabric printing is done via dye-sublimation transfer on 100% polyester wrinkle resistant heavy knit. It is certified as flame retardant. Dye sub transfer is higher quality than dye-sub direct printing in both color saturation and detail. If you are looking for a softer look or need incredible color, fabric is the way to go. The range of color available in our dye-sub printing is greater than any other digital printing method in the market.
