The Challenge: Executing a Large-Scale Trade Show Graphics Project on a Tight Deadline

In Fall 2025, long-term client Panduit partnered with Benchmark Imaging & Displays, print and produce comprehensive event graphics for GSIC (Grow. Share. Inspire. Connect.) — Panduit’s premier biennial partner event.

The event brings together Panduit ONE partners for three days of hands-on product training, keynote presentations, and collaboration within a large, immersive Innovation Showcase. The graphics package needed to be expansive, high-impact, and consistent across multiple formats—all within a three-week production window.

The Solution: Leveraging Advanced Print Technology & Full-Service Production

To meet the scale, variety, and deadline of this project, Benchmark deployed its new EFI Pro 30h+ UV flatbed and roll-to-roll printer—a game-changer for high-volume, high-quality trade show graphics production.

Our Production Strategy Included:

✅Dye-Sub Fabric Printing for soft, vibrant, and lightweight displays
✅ UV Flatbed Printing for direct-to-substrate durability and clarity
✅ Fabric SEG Graphics for seamless, frameless fabric displays
✅ Large Format Printing capabilities to handle dimensional signage and backdrops.

Graphics Produced Included:

  • Dye-sublimated fabric SEG graphics for beMatrix frames
  • Dye-sublimated backlit fabric SEG display for registration backwall using our backlit fabric frames expertise
  • UV-printed Sintra directional signage & graphics for cabinets, backwalls, booths, and counters
  • UV-printed aluminum DiBond plaques
  • UV-printed backlit film mounted to plexiglass for illuminated signage
  • UV-printed clear acrylic with white ink for product demo displays

Over 300 individual graphics were produced, supporting everything from wayfinding to feature displays within the expansive Innovation Showcase.

Using dye-sub fabric printing, we produced wrinkle-free, vibrant SEG (Silicone Edge Graphics) for easy installation in beMatrix frames—a perfect solution for large backdrops and reusable trade show displays.

We handled everything from printing to finishing and timely delivery—allowing Panduit’s event team to focus on the event itself. Our digital imaging guidelines ensured optimal file preparation.
