Returns

Returnable items must arrive at Benchmark within 10 days of shipping out, in new condition, with all original packaging.
A restocking fee may apply up to 25% of the original charge.
Custom made graphics or hardware are not returnable.
Shipping and handling charges are not part of refunds.
Client is responsible for return shipping costs. Damages incurred during return shipment are not Benchmark’s responsibility
Contact Benchmark Imaging & Display before returning your item.
Credit will only be allowed for items pre-approved for return.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within the same day of purchase.
After that and before proofs are approved, there is a 3% credit card convenience fee.
Upon proof approval, the job may proceed to production.
If production is halted, your credit card will be charged for work completed.
Charges may include the full price for custom graphics or custom hardware.
