Benchmark accepts most current versions of graphics applications in either Mac or PC formats.
Specify size, media (Lambda, Flatbed, Inkjet, etc.), and quantities needed.
File Composition and Components
Include all printer & screen fonts.
Ensure all linked components are included.
Provide an up-to-date hard copy of your files.
Proportions and Printing Requirements
Double-check the proportions for your graphic.
Confirm that your file will print to the required size.
Files can be accepted at 1/4, 1/2, or full size.
Scans and artwork should be between 150-200 dpi at the final size.
File Format and Upload Instructions
Specify file names when uploading.
Zip or stuff your files for upload.
When writing files to CD/DVD, always check to ensure all necessary elements are present and copied properly.
Color Management
Benchmark is a fully color-managed shop.
Work with either CMYK or RGB files for all media/printers.
Color is more predictable with profiled documents.
Call with any questions or concerns.
Specialized File Requirements
For I-cut, custom contour cut jobs, the final graphic file must be Adobe Illustrator.
Use separate layers for artwork, cut paths, and register marks.
For Lenticular files, create the final graphic file as layers in Adobe Photoshop. Charge may apply for conversion from other applications to Photoshop.
