SnapSoft is based on a modular framing system that can be configured eleven different ways and we have two frame styles for you to choose from :
1. The Standard frame is our most economical offering, made in China and constructed of lighter weight materials and plastic connectors. It comes in a soft, wheeled canvas bag.
A unique feature of the Standard frame is the option of adding video mounts, counters, & literature displays. Take a look at all our accessories below.
The Premium frame is made in the USA. It is sturdier and more durable than the standard —ideal for a heavy schedule of events. The hubs lock together with metal hooks, an important difference that makes them unbreakable; it also makes the display easier to take down by reducing the risk of leaving a latch closed. Premiums come with a wheeled canvas bag.
For both frames, Standard and Premium, the trade show graphic is a single lightweight polyester knit fabric sheet that’s perfect for any indoor environment. It stores on the frame, attached with Velcro webbing. When the hubs are locked in place, the fabric becomes slightly stretched to provide a smooth, wrinkle-free surface with brilliant color. There are no parts to keep track of and the graphic is easily replaced. Benchmark uses transfer printing so our fabric wrinkles less, lays flatter, and will render you color files with the best color anywhere.
The Graphic – All of our SnapSoft trade show graphics are made as a single lightweight polyester knit fabric sheet that’s perfect for any indoor environment. They store on the frame attached by Velcro webbing. The printing that creates the graphics is a paper to fabric dye sub transfer process. This technique is, hands down, the best printing possible for both image detail and color saturation.
Proofing – PDF proofs are created from your files within 24hrs of submission and must be approved before production begins.

HARD PROOFS AND COLOR MATCHING
The best way to insure color fidelity when matching a particular color is essential is to request a hard proof recorded on the media the graphic will be produced on. You will be able to choose this option, for additional charge, at checkout. The proof price includes free ground shipping to your site. Faster shipping can be done at additional charge. Please call for arrangements for faster hard proof shipping. Hard proofs add 24hrs in house to proof turnaround time.
FILE PREPARATION AND PANTONE COLOR MATCHING
We calibrate only Solid Pantone Coated Colors. This does not include blends or screen %. The best way to prepare your graphic files when using Pantone colors is to leave the colors as “spot colors” referencing the specific Pantone colors you want. Do NOT convert colors to CMYK. Our system will substitute the closest color values available for the print media you have chosen to simulate your colors. The way to determine if the colors available are “close enough” is to request a hard proof recorded on the media the subject will be printed on as recommended above. Benchmark maintains a fully color managed workflow using state of the art spectrophotometric analyzers and calibrations. Once you make a purchase you will receive an order number and you can upload your files by clicking “Upload Files” in the navigation bar located on the upper right corner of this page. This option is visible from all pages on our site except the payment page.
When an order is placed you receive an email that includes a link to the UPLOAD FILES page. You can forward this to your designer or someone else to have them upload files for you.
When Uploading files, be sure to keep the browser window open until the system notifies you that the upload is complete. After completion, the system will send the person uploading an email summarizing the files received and notify Benchmark your files are available.
